The Windows 10 Consumer Preview looks set to be the real price. On compiling that one, on track to get a launch early next year, Microsoft is currently working attentively.
But while January will provide a look at that version of the OS to us, details continue to leak out. Details that lose a little light on some of the attributes that are anticipated to be part of the second preview version of the approaching operating system.
We of Cortana sound files in the current constructs, though they are not too usable right now.
And now another image of the digital voice helper service has been , confirming that Microsoft is allowing a set group of examiners to work with this feature in preview form.
This picture is in fact the very first screenshot revealing the Cortana icon in the taskbar.
The second one from the left -- right after the Windows Start Menu icon.
And in case you are wondering, this specific user gets the high-contrast theme which is the reason why the taskbar appears absolutely different than in the other constructs of Windows 10. Nothing is new here, anticipate for the icon.
But this is another verification that Cortana will take the center stage in Windows from now on.
