Technology enthusiasts and experienced users however will not find much new information in this guide, which can be basically all of 10 pages in length.
The guide does put emphasis on opinions, with Microsoft promising that they expect the most robust set of opinions that they have ever had. Part of making an operating system that is sure offers exactly what the users need from it, surely.
