So for those who are interested, here's how you can install Windows 10 Technical Preview Build 9860.
We talked about how it just came out today and we'll be getting into a number of the features soon but we figured that we should probably show you the install procedure.
Let me start by saying that it's pretty much a complete OS reinstall and never at all of the cunning compartmental upgrade that is clean that I thought these matters would be.
The entire process took me about 45 minutes so I am assuming it should take you about the exact same.
Without further ado, here we go.
First, head to PC Settings,
There it is possible to select -> Update and Recovery
Next, click on Preview Builds.
Now, it should search for the newest assemble, download it (20 minutes) and then let you install it (underneath).
Next you click install,
Thankfully at some stage after the install (10 to 15 minutes), it is time on your PC to restart.

And (thank God), we're done. and as you can see on the bottom right, we have the new build installed.
The new variant number is 9860 as you can see.
